After choosing an apartment, a client will sign three contracts – the reservation agreement, future purchase agreement, and then the purchase agreement. The payment of the purchase price is scheduled as follows:
- 100,000 CZK – At signing of reservation agreement
- 25 % at signing of future purchase agreement. This includes reservation payment.
- 70 % after flat inspection
- 5 % at signing contract of purchase
